How we do it
- In the first instance we'll talk to you and take some details over the phone and/or by email. We'll need your CV so make sure you have it ready and up-to-date to send to us. - We like to meet each person face-to-face so we'll arrange an interview time that suits you. This way we are better able to understand what it is you are looking for. You'll be pleased to know that we also meet all our clients face-to-face too. This way we can make an informed decision on compatibility.
- Your details will be stored on our database at which point we may already have vacancies for you to consider.
- Your details are handled with complete confidentiality, and will not be discussed with a client without your prior consent.
- Once we have found a vacancy of interest to you, mutually convenient arrangements will be made for an interview to take place.
- We will meet with you to give you a full brief of the company and the kind of people that you will be meeting. Where necessary we will advise on how to approach the interview, and of course what they will expect of you.
- Post interview we will quickly inform you of any relevant feedback.
- In some instances we will advise on various things such as remuneration packages, benefits, relocation, schools and the like. You can also find some of the information you are looking for on this site.
- Post placement we will contact you to ensure that you have settled in to your new position well.
- For any further information either contact a consultant, send us your CV along with details of what you're looking for on an email or simply fill out the applicant registration form attaching your CV.
