Database Search

As part of a recruitment assignment we will consult our existing extensive database of pre-screened quality applicants. Applicants that best meet your criteria will be put forward as a short list for your consideration.

Search and Selection

Working together we establish a list of key companies/people that match your requirements. Utilising our industry links and knowledge, professional high calibre people that are not on the open market are directly approached (also known as head-hunting). An individual may be open to the right move and during this process we will be able to confirm that the appropriate attraction tools are being used or if the parameters need refining. In our experience search and selection is sometimes the best way to get exactly what you are looking for.

Advertising Selection

Creating a campaign that best suits your criteria and to maximise interest within your industry, quality applicants are attracted through a more concentrated effort of advertising techniques. This could range from local press recruitment adverts through to national and industry specific press, using combinations of web advertising, direct advertising, search and selection, database contingency, CV mining and agency networking. As an added benefit, branded advertising can raise your profile and maintain your brand image without having to deal with the resulting selection process. We are fully equipped to create powerful campaigns that work using our in-house design and advertising facilities.

In-house Design and Advertising resource

Leed Recruitment Limited have an in-house design facility offering strong creative solutions to your recruitment advertising. We are fully Mac compatible and conversant with all industry software. Our creative team have an extensive skill base including conceptual design and copywriting, photo direction and where necessary print buying and management skills. Psychometric Testing

Using psychometric assessments as part of the selection process can raise your success rates and significantly improve the prediction of future performance of an applicant. They help to determine that not only their skills and experience, but their personality and approach, match your requirements. They are not a substitute for interviews and references, they are designed to supplement them. The personality and ability tests used at Leed Recruitment Limited are an extremely useful indication of suitability for both Client and Applicant.

Exit Interviews

Interviews with departing employees may be conducted on your behalf by an experienced Leed Recruitment Consultant. They are an excellent method of gathering data for improving working conditions and retaining employees. It also gives the employee an opportunity to 'have their say' at a time that they may feel they can talk more freely. In the case of redundancies we can also offer on-site recruitment services to departing employees which helps you to maintain a positive company image.
