Our Suffolk based client is on the look out for a Project Co-ordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will already be working within a similar environment, probably within a marketing communications, advertising, media or design agency.

Ideally you will have at least 1-3 years previous agency Project Co-ordination or Project management experience.

Your current skills will include:-

• The ability to move between one project and another as required.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Being comfortable using the necessary software to manage your accounts such as Word, Excel, Power Point, and email.
• A full understanding of print management, print buying, print and its limitations.
• A keen eye for detail.

Although not a client facing role you will on occasions require the following.

• The ability to take various project details from the client.
• Being able to communicate to your Project Manager and client with ease.
• Great project and personal time management skills.

Technical Abilities:

• PC Literate.
• CMS experience
• Word
• Power Point
