What we are looking for is an Account director who:
- Has at least 5 years project and account management experience with a digital agency or corporate communications agency
- Has proven experience of running a team or would like to take that next step in their career.
- Has strong interpersonal and communications skills and can work effectively with a small team during pitches and presentations
- Has the ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
- Has a good understanding of PM methodologies including budgeting, planning, managing, scheduling project scoping and profitability
- Has a good understanding of the full life-cycle of digital projects from creative to technical delivery
- Can simultaneously work on multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment
- Is comfortable with proactively managing client and supplier relationships on a day-to-day basis
- Can contribute to scheduling and prioritising jobs within the studio
- Can create, compose and edit written materials for pitches and presentations
- Has good records maintenance skills
- Has a keen interest in everything digital from blogs to social networks to digital video and mobile
- Is comfortable with and has experience of using Macs and PCs
- Preferably, has a proven understanding (or even hands-on experience) of the underlying technical aspects of web solutions (HTML, XML, .NET, JSP, CSS, Flash/ActionScript etc.)
